During the course of her professional career she has assisted clients in a wide range of Italian and cross-border M&A transactions in the most diverse business areas, in structuring joint ventures, mergers, demergers, acquisitions and sales of companies and business units, and has gained solid experience in drafting and negotiating national and international commercial contracts.

Her experience includes the real estate sector, where Stefania assists clients in the implementation of various projects, including the acquisition, sale, development and construction of real properties.

She worked as visiting foreign lawyer for the Law Firm Moore & Van Allen, PLLC of Charleston (SC) – USA, where she worked closely with professionals in the Corporate-M&A and Real Estate sectors.

She is the author of numerous publications published by Giuffré on business contracts and anti-money laundering.

Education

Stefania graduated in Law form the University of Milan in 1998 with a thesis on bankruptcy law: The effects of bankruptcy on leasing contracts – supervisor Prof. Avv. Edoardo F. Ricci.
