Areas of expertise

Fulvio mainly provides judicial and extra-judicial assistance in the sectors of corporate law and tax law and heads the Milan office’s Tax Department – in 2015, the department received the award for Best Italian Law Firm in corporate tax litigation from the magazine Corporate International.

Experience

Fulvio has experience in corporate governance with private companies – including banks, and listed companies – as well as in assisting Italian and foreign companies in corporate and tax issues for M&A operations and investment operations in distressed assets. Moreover, he is an expert on the regulations for setting up company branches in Italy, as well as in setting up holding companies and the respective tax and supervisory issues.

Education

Fulvio graduated cum laude in Law from “La Sapienza” University in Rome in 1992 with a thesis on tax law – supervisor Prof. Augusto Fantozzi – and in 1993 obtained a master’s degree in “Tax law and fiscal accounting for companies” from LUISS-Guido Carli University.
