Areas of expertise
Erika mainly deals with assistance to companies in labour law, social security law and relations with control bodies, both providing day-by-day advice and assisting companies in extraordinary transactions.
Experience
Partner since 2020, Erika joined the Firm in 2014.
From 2011 to 2013 she worked in the Business Employment Department of PwC- TLS Tax and Legal Services where she mainly dealt with providing advice to FOTO Italian and foreign companies on employment law, health and safety systems in the workplace, due diligence and extraordinary company operations, like collective dismissals and the relocation of companies.
Education
She graduated in Law from Milan University in 2005 with a thesis on civil trial law relating to the jurisdiction of international obligations – supervisor Prof. Avv. Edoardo F. Ricci.
